Abstract:
Práce je věnována některým institutům trestního zákona. Zajímá se o pohled na dnešní stav a návrhy pro futuro. Hlavním předmětem diplomové práce jsou zásady trestního práva hmotného, dále instituty obecné i zvláštní části trestního zákona.
Abstract:
This extended essay is dedicated to some institutes of the criminal law. It is interested in the criminal law today and pro futuro. The main object of the disertation are the principles of the material law, further the institutes of the common and of the special part of the criminal code.
