The Ways and Methods of Supporting of Human Potential of a Company

Abstract:

Ve své práci jsem se zabývala způsoby a metodami posilování lidského potenciálu firmy. Klíčovým aktivem firmy jsou dle mého názoru zaměstnanci. Proto zaměří-li se firma na zlepšování svého lidského kapitálu, pracuje tím automaticky na zlepšení celého potenciálu firmy. Jako hlavní oblasti, prostřednictvím kterých lze na zvyšování kvality a výkonnosti zaměstnanců působit, jsem vyhodnotila vzdělávání, aktivity a benefity. Všechny tyto oblasti nabízejí širokou škálu pobídek ze strany firmy, jejichž účelem je vytvoření co nejlepších podmínek pro zaměstnance, na základě kterých by zaměstnanci měli podat co nejlepší výkon. Téma vzdělání souvisí s odborností odváděného pracovního výkonu. Oblast aktivit je zaměřena spíše na pracovní ovzduší, interpersonální vztahy a vytvoření sounáležitosti zaměstnance s firmou. A benefity v dnešní době představují již očekávanou součást nefinanční podpory ze strany zaměstnavatele. Jedním z důležitých faktorů, od kterých se odvíjí výkon zaměstnance, je motivace, a pokud podpůrná činnost ze strany zaměstnavatele bude co nejlépe zaměřená na motivační faktory zaměstnance, tím lepších výsledků bude dosaženo.

Abstract:

In my work, I have researched ways and methods of supporting of human potential of a company. The key Assets of a company are their employees, according to my opinion. So if a company focuses on improving of their human Capital, then it will automatically influence the increase of the potential of the whole firm. As the main supporting areas through which it is possible to influence the improvement of quality and efficiency of the employees I have considered the following areas: education, activities and benefits. All of these areas offer a wide range of encouragements sideways the company, whose aim is to create as best as possible conditions for the employees, on the basis of which the employees should perform as good as possible. The topic of education is connected with professional skills of employees. The topic of activities is directed to working atmosphere, interpersonal relationships and creation of appurtenance of employees to the company. And the benefits in today’s time represent already an expected component of other then financial encouragements sideways the company. One of the important factors, which have influence on the employee’s performance, is motivation, and when the supporting activity sideways the employer will be as best as possible directed to the motivation factors of an employee, the better results will be achieved.
