This work is divided into three parts. In the first chapter we deal with specialties of subjective ascpect of the willfull criminal act. Práca je rozdelená na tri hlavné kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa zaoberáme osobitosťami subjektívnej stránky trestných činov s podvodným úmyslom. Aké formy zavinenia poznáme, úmyselné a z nedbanlivosti. Čo je omyl a pohnútka. V druhej kapitole rozoberáme trestné činy majetkového charakteru páchané s podvodným úmyslom.
