Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálně terapeutickou dílnu Joker z.s. a jejím významem v životě klientů se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů jako je zdravotní, tělesné a mentální postižení, jejich klasifikací a etiologií. Dále seznamuje čtenáře se specifiky života osob s mentálním či tělesným postižením, s jejich postavením ve společnosti a také s postojem majority vůči této skupině. V poslední kapitole teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny sociální služby pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, konkrétně služba sociálně terapeutické dílny. Praktická část práce obsahuje popis vybrané neziskové organizace Joker z.s., dále pak analýzu kvalitativního výzkumu. Cílem výzkumu je zachytit důvody vedoucí klienty se zdravotním postižením k navštěvování sociálně terapeutické dílny, zjistit význam této služby v jejich životě a také spokojenost uživatelů s poskytovanými službami.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the social-therapy workshop Joker z.s. and its importance in the life of clients with disabilities. The theoretical part of thesis defines basic concepts such as health, physical and mental disabilities, their classification and etiology. Further on explains to the reader the specifics of the life of people with mental or physical disabilities, their social status and also the majority attitude towards this group. In the last chapter of the theoretical part are defined social services for people with disabilities, specifically socialtherapy workshop services. The practical part of thesis contains a description of a selected nonprofit organization Joker z.s. as well as the analysis of qualitative research. The aim of the research is to describe the reasons that leads the clients with disabilities to attend socialtherapy workshop, to find out the importance of this service in their life and also their satisfaction with provided services.
