The Personality of the Pressagent as a Presumption of Effective Company Communication

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza organizační struktury oddělení tiskových mluvčích ve vazbě na organizační strukturu Policie České republiky a vnitřní předpisy preventivně informačních odborů, kterými se řídí činnosti tiskových mluvčích. V teoretické části práce jsem zpracovala teorii Public relations a psychologickou teorii osobnosti člověka. V aplikační části jsem zpracovala historii PČR, interní marketingovou komunikaci PČR, organizační strukturu policie spolu s analýzou interní, mediální a krizové komunikace PČR. Analýza interní mediální a krizové komunikace je založena na údajích z vnitřních předpisů a koncepcí Policie ČR. Dále v aplikační části práce analyzuji informace získané z řízeného rozhovoru. V závěru práce formuluji doporučení týkající se zefektivnění procesu výběru uchazečů na pracovní pozici tiskového mluvčího Policie České republiky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the organizational structure of the Police of the Czech Republic and the aim is also to implement the department of the spokesmen into the organizational structure. Further it analyzes and introduces the internal regulations of the precautionary information departments, which run the activities of the spokesmen. The theoretical part treats the marketing theory of Public relations and the psychological theory of human personality. The application part elaborates the history of the PCR, the internal marketing communication of PCR, the analysis of the organizational structure of the police along with the analysis of the internal, media and crisis communication of the PCR. The analysis of the internal media and crisis communication is based on the data from internal regulations and concepts of the Police of the Czech Republic. The application part further analyzes the information gained from directed interview. The conclusion contains a recommendation concerning effective selection procedure on the position of a spokesman of the PCR.
