Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bankovní sektor. Cílem dané bakalářské práce je analyzovat vývoj českého bankovnictví v krizových a pokrizových letech 2009 až 2017 z hlediska vývoje aktiv a pasiv vybraných bank. Česká bankovní sféra má několik specifik, které jí výrazně odlišují od ostatních trhů. Zaprvé je to dáno historickým vývojem České republiky – od konce 40. let až po konec 80. let se nedalo ani mluvit o existenci nezávislého bankovního systému. Zadruhé je to velice konzervativní přístup českých bank k úvěrům a rovněž i cenným papírům. Třetím specifikem českého bankovnictví je to, že naprosto celý bankovní sektor, až na některé výjimky, patří zahraničním firmám, zejména ze zemí EU. Dalším specifikem bankovního sektoru České republiky je to, že zde existuje významná oligopolizace trhu. Pátým specifikem českého bankovnictví jako celku je rychle rostoucí zájem o mobilní internetové bankovnictví a zároveň i růst významu internetu. V případě specifik České spořitelny se jedná o velmi silný vliv podniků v oblasti vztahu s koncovými zákazníky, navíc podnik dokázal vhodným způsobem využít velmi nízké úrokové sazby vyhlášené ČNB. V případě ČSOB je zřejmé, že se banka zaměřuje zejména na komerční bankovnictví (s orientací na banko pojištění). Podnik se snaží vyhnout držení rizikových, avšak výnosných cenných papírů a spíše se spoléhá na vládní dluhopisy. Dospělo se k závěru, že v případě Komerční banky se vyplatila orientace na mladší lidi a na aktivní osoby. Hlavním důvodem růstu bankovních aktiv KB je nalákání na osobní a termínované účty, daný podnik je ve svém marketingu daleko agresivnější nežli jeho konkurence. Nakonec u poslední Moneta Money Bank je nejvýznamnější změnou koupě této banky jinou firmou, jednalo se spíše jen o finanční vstup nového majitele, ale nedošlo k žádné výrazné změně strategie banky. Strategie Moneta Money Bank je založena na práci s velmi úzkou cílovou skupinou, banka se navíc odlišuje od ostatních užší spoluprací s externisty.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the banking sector. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development of Czech banking in crisis and post-crisis years 2009 to 2017 in terms of the development of assets and liabilities of selected banks. The Czech banking sector has several specifics that significantly differentiate it from other markets. First, it is due to the historical development of the Czech Republic - from the late 1940s to the end of the 1980s, there was no talk of the existence of an independent banking system. Secondly, it is a very conservative approach of Czech banks to loans as well as securities. The third specificity of Czech banking is that, with some exceptions, the entire banking sector belongs to foreign companies, especially from EU countries. Another specific feature of the Czech banking sector is that there is a significant oligopolization of the market. The fifth specific feature of Czech banking as a whole is the rapidly growing interest in mobile internet banking and the growth of the Internet. In the case of the specifics of Česká spořitelna, it is a very strong influence of companies in the area of relationship with end customers; In the case of ČSOB, it is clear that the bank is mainly focused on commercial banking (with a focus on bank insurance). The company is trying to avoid holding risky but profitable securities and rather relies on government bonds. It was concluded that in the case of Komerční banka, the focus was on younger people and on active persons. The main reason for the growth of KB's bank assets is the enticing of personal and term accounts, which is far more aggressive in its marketing than its competitors. In the end, the latest Moneta Money Bank is the most significant change in the bank's purchase by another company, but it was just a new owner's financial entry, but there was no significant change in the bank's strategy. Moneta's Money Bank strategy is based on working with a very narrow target group; moreover, the bank differs from the others by working closely with external workers.
