Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků v sociálních službách, a to speciálně u pečovatelů pracujících v domově pro seniory. V jednotlivých kapitolách je blíže popsán syndrom vyhoření, sociální služby a senior jako klient těchto služeb. The aim of this thesis is to examine the burnout syndrome among social service workers and especially among those who work in the homes for the elderly. Individual chapters describe in more detail the burnout syndrome, social services and the elderly, who are the clients of these institutions.
