Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zaměstnaneckým benefitům. Cílem práce bylo posoudit význam benefitů jako motivačního prvku a podat přehled o nejvíce poskytovaných a využívaných benefitech v České republice. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na obecné informace o benefitech, jejich historii a motivačním charakteru. Dále bylo uvedeno členění výhod z různých hledisek. Uvedeny byly také právní předpisy, které souvisejí s poskytováním benefitů. Následoval detailnější popis jednotlivých benefitů a popis jejich daňových aspektů. V závěru kapitoly byly popsány současné trendy v poskytování benefitů. Praktická část se zabývala vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit pohled na vnímání a preference benefitů u jednotlivých respondentů. Tato část práce tedy obsahuje analýzy týkající se preferencí benefitů, jejich hodnocení a vnímání. V závěru kapitoly jsou shrnuty výsledky průzkumu a je uvedeno doporučení pro zaměstnavatele týkající se problematiky v oblasti benefitů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis addresses employee benefits. The aim of the thesis is to assess the importance of benefits as a motivating element and to provide an overview of the most provided and most common benefits in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on general information about benefits, their history and motivational aspects. Next, a classification of benefits by different aspects is introduced. Legislation related to provision of benefits is also addressed, followed by a more detailed description of individual benefits and a description of their tax aspects. At the end of the chapter, current trends in provision of benefits are introduced. The practical section addresses the evaluation of a questionnaire-based survey, the aim of which was to find out more about the perception of benefits and personal preferences of individual respondents. This part of the work includes analyses concerning the preferences in benefits, their evaluation and perception. The chapter is concluded with a summary of the output of the survey, including recommendations for employers regarding the issue of employee benefits.
