The main tools of the working achievement stimulation in the enterprise
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá hlavními nástroji podněcování pracovního výkonu v podniku. Zaměřuje se na oblasti personálního výběru, odměňování pracovníků na základě výkonu a oblast pracovních podmínek, které jsou spolu se sociálními požitky stěžejními nástroji řízení pracovního výkonu. Použití těchto nástrojů bylo zkoumáno v reálně existujícím podnikatelském subjektu.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on main tools of the stimulation of working achievement in a real enterprise. It concentrates on employee selection, the reword system based on performance and on working conditions which are along with social benefits the central tools in working achievement management. Application of these tools was proved in a specific existing enterprise.
