Cílem diplomové práce je zodpovězení otázky, zda paliativní péče a eutanázie garantují důstojné ukončení života. Jedná se o filozoficko-právní analýzu, tedy o vymezení východisek důstojného umírání. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to answer the question whether palliative care and euthanasia guarantee a dignified end of life. It is a philosophical-legal analysis, i.e. a definition of the foundations of dying with dignity.
