Musculoskeletal system and health consequences related to sedentary occupation in middle age population
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vlivem sedavého zaměstnání na muskuloskeletální aparát. Na základě výsledků diagnostiky četnosti svalů s tendencí ke zkracování jsou navrženy cviky určené pro jedince v období střední dospělosti s tímto typem zaměstnání.
Abstract:
The piece of work deals with the influence of sedentary occupation on musculoskeletal system. We evaluate the muscles which have tendency to shorten. On the base of our results, exercises for people at middle age and with sedentary occupation are suggested.
