Práce se zabývá oceněním podniku ELTODO EG, a.s. V práci je nejprve popsána podstata ocenění podniku a základní metody ocenění, které jsou poté aplikovány na společnost ELTODO EG, a.s. v období skutečných 5 let a plánovaných 5 let. The work deals with the valuation of the company ELTODO EG, a.s. The work is first described the substance of business valuation and basic valuation methods, which are then applied to ELTODO EG, a.s. in a period 5 years of actual and 5 years of plan.
