Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je analýza voleb tzv. druhého řádu konaných v České republice, tedy voleb do zastupitelstev obcí, krajů, Senátu a Evropského parlamentu, a jejich komparace s volbami do Poslanecké sněmovny. The subject of this diploma thesis is analysis of so called Second – Order Elections in the Czech Republic; these are the elections to municipal councils, regional councils, Senate and European Parliament, and their comparison with elections to Chamber of Deputies.
