Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice základu daně z nabytí nemovitých věcí, zejména pak způsoby jeho určení. Byla dána domněnka, že zákonodárce při ne-dávné změně legislativy v této oblasti dbal, aby byl zákon pro daňového poplatní-ka snadno čitelný a pochopitelný. Abstract:
This thesis deals with acquisition of immovable property tax base, especially with ways of its determination. In the thesis was made a presumption that legislator paid attention to prepare the law which would be for taxpayer easy to un-derstand and read.
