Tato práce zachycuje současnou právní úpravu týkající se příspěvkových organizací obce. Zaměřuje se na jejich charakteristické rysy, vymezuje vztah mezi příspěvkovou organizací a jejím zřizovatelem a největší část se zabývá postavením příspěvkové organizace jako podnikatele.
