Abstract:

Téma mé absolventské práce se zaměřuje na roli sociálních pracovníků OSPOD při rozvodovém řízení, s důrazem na rodinnou podporu a metodu „Dítě v centru zájmů." Cílem práce je teoretické ukotvení problematiky rozvodů ve spojení s OSPOD a představení navrhované metody. Absolventská práce slouží jako podklad pro následný projekt. Práce je rozdělena do několika hlavních částí, vymezení klíčových pojmů práce, propojení se sociální politikou, aplikace teorií a metod sociální práce včetně terapeutických technik, etická dilemata a důraz na alternativní postupy v propojení s metodou „Dítě v centru zájmů." Tato práce poskytuje teoretické ukotvení problematiky rozvodů ve spojení se sociálně-právní ochranou dětí a zároveň představuje příležitost ke zkvalitnění výkonu sociální práce, konkrétně prostřednictvím metody „Dítě v centru zájmu.“

Abstract:

The graduation thesis focuses on the role of social workers at the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children during divorce proceedings, emphasizing family support and the "Child in the Center" method. The aim of the thesis is to provide a theoretical foundation for the issue of divorces in connection with the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children and to introduce the proposed method. The thesis serves as a basis for a subsequent project. It is divided into several main parts: defining key concepts, connecting with social policy, applying theories and methods of social work including therapeutic techniques, ethical dilemmas, and emphasizing alternative approaches in connection with the "Child in the Center" method. This thesis provides a theoretical foundation for the issue of divorces in connection with the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children and simultaneously presents an opportunity to enhance the performance of social work, specifically through the "Child in the Center" method.
