Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je externí a interní analýza školní prodejny na Zahradnické škole Rajhrad. V teoretické části vymezuje jednotlivé pojmy marketingového plánu, druhy analýz a psychologii zákazníka. V praktické části je zpracován a vyhodnocen empirický výzkum dotazovaných zákazníků a žáků.Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to provide an external and internal analysis of the school garden shop of the Secondary School of Horticulture in Rajhrad. In the theoretical part, it defines the key expressions of the marketing plan, kinds of analyses and psychology of a customer. In the practical part, empirical research of the respondents (both customers and students) is carried out and evaluated.Keywords
