Teoretická část diplomové práce byla psána se zaměřením na online hate crimes, kdy byl zprvu tento pojem zařazen do celkového rozdělení hate crimes, spolu s jeho definicí. The theoretical part of this Master thesis was written with its main focus on online hate crimes. The first step was to classify and explain this type of hate crime. There was a comparison made between certain types of hate crimes and its motivation. A comparison of laws was also included.
