Anotace:

Teoretická část diplomové práce byla psána se zaměřením na online hate crimes, kdy byl zprvu tento pojem zařazen do celkového rozdělení hate crimes, spolu s jeho definicí. Byla provedena komparace projevů nenávisti online hate crimes a hate speech, následné formy a motivace těchto nenávistných projevů. Legislativní rešerše je v diplomové práci také zahrnuta, společně s komparací legislativy tuzemské a zahraniční. To vše bylo učiněno pro možné vyhodnocení výsledků praktické části práce, jež zkoumala uživatele sociálních sítí a jejich reakce na nenávistné příspěvky a znalosti ohledně zkoumané tématiky.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this Master thesis was written with its main focus on online hate crimes. The first step was to classify and explain this type of hate crime. There was a comparison made between certain types of hate crimes and its motivation. A comparison of laws was also included. All of this was made to gain the ending results of the practical part of this Master thesis which focused and looked into the reactions of social media users to hate they saw online.
