Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou správní rady v akciové společnosti. 1. 1. 2021 vyšla novelizace zákona, která upravila fungování monistického systému v České republice. Správní rada je nově jediným povinně zřizovaným orgánem, který přebírá funkce řídící i kontrolní. The thesis deals with the issues of the board of directors in a joint-stock company.On 1 January 2021, an amendment to the law came out, which regulated the functioning of the monistic system in the Czech Republic.
