Cílem bakalářské práce „Dobrovolník jako objekt řízení lidských zdrojů v NNO“ je zmapovat úroveň personální práce s dobrovolníky ve vybraných NNO na území města Brna. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části se zaměřuji na vymezení terminologie a role fenoménu dobrovolnictví ve společnosti, v části druhé jsou pak rozebrány jednotlivé personální činnosti z teoretického hlediska.
