Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak lze využít aktuální trendy ve vedení lidí vztahující se k motivaci a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v rámci nastavené firemní kultury prostřednictvím vlastního šetření s cílem zjištění hlavních faktorů motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti.
