Digitalization process in marketing communication of internet banking

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces digitalizace v marketingové komunikaci internetového bankovnictví. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit, jak digitální technologie ovlivňují a transformují marketingovou komunikaci v bankovním sektoru Komerční banky, a. s. Práce se zaměřuje na studium využívání digitálních kanálů, nástrojů a strategií v rámci marketingové komunikace internetového bankovnictví. V teoretické části jsou popsané teoretické základy marketingové on-line a digitální komunikace a bankovnictví. Praktická část představuje internetové bankovnictví Komerční banky a. s., její aplikace a analýzu marketingové komunikace. V následujících kapitolách jsou popsány digitální inovace, konkurence v bankovnictví a porovnání těchto institucí s Komerční bankou, a. s. Po provedení podrobných analýz jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení, která se zaměřují na modernizaci a zesílení marketingové komunikace Komerční banky, a. s.

Abstract:

The Master thesis focuses on the process of digitalization in marketing communication of internet banking. The aim of the Master thesis is to analyse and evaluate how digital technologies influence and transform marketing communication in the banking sector of Komerční banka, a. s. The Master thesis focuses on the study of the use of digital channels, tools and strategies in the marketing communication of internet banking. The theoretical part describes the theoretical foundations of on-line and digital marketing communication and banking. The practical part presents the Internet banking of Komerční banka, a. s., its applications and analysis of marketing communication. The following chapters describe digital innovations, competition in the banking industry and a comparison of these institutions with Komerční banka, a. s. After detailed analyses, suggestions and recommendations are formulated to modernize and strengthen Komerční banka's marketing communication.
