Comparison and evaluation of the behavior of market entities in the B2B, B2C, C2B and C2C markets

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou chování tržních subjektů na trhu business to business (B2B) a porovnává je s chováním subjektů na trhu business to customer (B2C) a to na trhu s vybranou komoditou, tedy bramborami. V teoretické části práce charakterizuje trh B2B a B2C. Součástí jejich charakteristiky je i vzájemné porovnání a popis jejich odlišností. Následuje specifikace tržních subjektů a spotřebitele. Je vysvětlen proces nákupního chování. V další části práce pojednává o faktorech působících na rozhodovací proces. Faktory jsou rozdělené do dvou kapitol. A to faktory působící na spotřebitele „zespoda nahoru“ a faktory působící na spotřebitele „shora dolů“. V empirické části práce je charakterizovaná produkce brambor v České republice. Následuje podrobná deskripce trhu brambor. Zde je popsán odbyt a prodej brambor v České republice. Práce se zabývá vývojem cen na trzích B2B a B2C, ekonomikou výroby, spotřebou, importem a exportem brambor a dopadem na český trh a pěstitele brambor

Abstract:

This thesis is dealing with the issues of the behavior of market entities on the business to business market (B2B) and compares them with the behaviour of entities on the business to customer market (B2C) and on the market with the chosen commodity, specifically with potatoes. Theoretic part of this work characterizes the B2B and B2C markets, which also includes mutual comparison and description of theirs differences. That is followed by a specification of a market entities and a consumer. There is an explanation of a process of shopping behaviors. Next part of this thesis is about circumstances that affects decision making process. Factors are split into two chapters. And those are factors affecting consumer „from bottom to top“ and factors affecting consumer „from top to bottom“. In the empiric part of this thesis is a characterization of production of potatoes in Czech Republic, followed by a detailed description of the potato market. There is a description of consumption and sales of potatoes in Czech Republic. This thesis deals with evolution of prices on the B2B and B2C markets, economy of production, consumption, import and export of potatoes and impact on Czech market and on producers of potatoes.
