Sensitivity analysis of an efficient solution to selected changes in the weight vector in the ELECTRE III method

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vícekriteriální analýzy obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Práce se zaměřila na 9 fotovoltaických a 12 větrných elektráren, které jsou ohodnoceny dle ekonomických, environmentálních, sociálních a inovačních kritérií. Hlavním cílem této práce je provedení analýzy citlivosti kompromisní varianty na změnu váhového vektoru, tj. určit intervaly vah, v rámci kterých se získané řešení nemění. Práce stanovený problém řešila pomocí metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování ELECTRE III se zaměřením se na chování první indiferenční třídy.Práce uvažuje dvě, tři a čtyři kritéria, přičemž v případě tří kritérií rozebírá dva způsoby změn vah. Ve všech případech předpokládá, že změny všech vah jsou přímo závislé na změně jedné váhy. Analýza citlivosti se zabývá jak konkrétními příklady, tak i speciálními případy na obecné rovině. Práce srovnává numerický přístup s využitím matematického modelu, jejichž výsledky jsou v souladu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on a multicriteria analysis of renewable energy sources. The thesis analyzes 9 photovoltaic and 12 wind power plants, which are evaluated based on economic, environmental, social and innovative criteria. The main objective of the thesis is conducting a sensitivity analysis of an efficient solution based on changes in the weight vector. In other words, determine intervals of weights within which the solution is stable. The thesis uses a multiple criteria decision aiding method called ELECTRE III with the focus on the first indifference class.This thesis considers two, three and four criteria. In the case of three criteria, two ways of describing a change in the weight vector are considered. The thesis assumes that changes in all weights are directly based on a change in one key weight in all mentioned cases. A numeric approach is compared to a method using mathematical models. Results of both approaches are consistent.
