This bachelor thesis presents the accounting environment and regulation in Denmark. It introduces the individual sources of regulation and then compares them with Czech legislation. In addition to the legislative framework, it also focuses on the conditions and obstacles in the accounting profession and its practice from the perspective of a foreigner – a Czech citizen.
