Diplomová práce se soustředí na rodinně-právní institut vyživovací povinnosti se zaměřením na předky a potomky. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části je rozebrán pojem vyživovací povinnosti, jeho zařazení a historický vývoj. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na rozdělení vyživovací povinnosti z hlediska subjektů na předky a potomky. The thesis focuses on the maintenance obligation of ancestors and decedents. It is divided into four parts. The first part examines the the term maintenance obligation, its classification and historical development.
