Efektivní využívání podnikových benefitů ve výrobním sektoru

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat a vyhodnotit nastavené systémy benefitů ve firmách působících ve výrobním sektoru. Následným cílem byl pokus o navrhnutí efektivního systému benefitů pro výrobní sektor. Teoretická část práce podrobně popisuje problematiku spojovanou s podnikovými benefity na základě odborné literatury a článků. Zároveň jsou uvedeny novodobé trendy a nejčastěji využívané benefity v České republice za předchozí rok. Pro zpracování aplikační části práce bylo využito několik metod, tedy dotazníkového šetření, výpočtu charakteristik polohy a variability a studování vnitropodnikových dokumentů firem. Firem, které byly nezbytné pro napsání diplomové práce, bylo 21. Přičemž z každé dotazované firmy byly zaznamenané minimálně 4 kompletní dotazníky. Z výsledků práce je zřejmé, že takřka všichni pracovníci ve výrobním sektoru kladou důraz především na benefity zaměřené na finanční zaměření. V menším hledisku jsou poté vyžadovány benefity zajišťující individuální osobní pohodlí. Naopak benefitům patřícím například k rozvoji vzdělání, firemní akce atd. není kladena takřka žádná váha. Závěr práce obsahuje navrhnutý systém benefitů, který by měl podle výsledků vykazovat efektivní nastavení systému benefitů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was to analyze and evaluate the set benefit systems in companies operating in the manufacturing sector. The subsequent objective was to try to propose an effective benefits system for the manufacturing sector. The theoretical part of the thesis describes in detail the issues related to corporate benefits based on the literature and articles. At the same time, modern trends and the most frequently used benefits in the Czech Republic for the previous year are presented. For the application part of the thesis, several methods were used, i.e. questionnaire survey, calculation of position and variability characteristics and studying internal company documents. There were 21 companies that were necessary for writing the thesis. At least 4 complete questionnaires were recorded from each surveyed firm. From the results of the thesis, it is clear that almost all of the employees in the manufacturing sector put emphasis on benefits, mainly focused on financial orientation. In a smaller aspect, benefits are then required to ensure individual personal comfort. On the other hand, benefits belonging, for example, to the development of education, company events, etc., are given almost no weight. The thesis concludes with a proposed benefits system, which according to the results should show an effective benfit system setup.
