Project of Establishing a Non-Profit Organization Focused on Ornithological Activities

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je založení a vznik nestátní neziskové organizace. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá podstatou neziskového sektoru a objasňuje jeho význam. Následně se zaměřuje na oblast nestátních neziskových organizací. V této části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky související se založením a know-how nestátní neziskové organizace. Dále jsou popsány možnosti financování a účetní a daňové aspekty nestátní neziskové organizace. Úvodem praktické části je popsán obecný metodický postup, který popisuje založení a vznik nestátní neziskové organizace, možnosti vedení účetnictví a daňovou oblast. Obecný metodický postup je následně aplikován na založení a činnost spolku. V práci bylo navrženo projektové řešení založení Spolku amatérských ornitologů, kde je následně charakterizován tento vznikající spolek, je navržen plán jeho činností, způsob organizace a jsou uvedeny možnosti jeho financování. V závěru práce je část projektového řešení podrobeno časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze. Pomocí SWOT analýzy je zhodnoceno vnitřní a vnější prostředí spolku a jsou navrhnuta vhodná doporučení pro budoucí vývoj tohoto spolku.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is the establishment and formation of a non-governmental non-profit organization. The theoretical part first deals with the essence of the non-profit sector and explains its importance. Subsequently, it focuses on the field of non-governmental non-profit organizations. In this part, the theoretical knowledge related to the establishment and know-how of a non-governmental non-profit organization is elaborated. Furthermore, the financing options and the accounting and tax aspects of a non-profit organization are described. The practical part starts with a general methodological procedure that describes the establishment and formation of a non-profit organization, the accounting options and the tax area. The general methodological procedure is then applied to the establishment and operation of an association. A project solution for the establishment of the Spolek amatérských ornitologů is proposed in the thesis, which then characterizes this nascent association, proposes a plan of its activities, a method of organization and presents the possibilities of its financing. In the conclusion of the thesis the part of project solution is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis. Using SWOT analysis, the internal and external environment of the association is evaluated and appropriate recommendations for the future development of this association are proposed.
