Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu genderové rovnoprávnosti ve filmovém průmyslu. Podrobně rozebírá pozici žen v české filmové produkci a srovnává ji s aktuální situací v ostatních evropských zemích. Teoretická část obsahuje data zpracovaná z veřejně dostupných zdrojů klíčových institucí, jako jsou Asociace producentů v audiovizi, Česká filmová a televizní akademie nebo Státní fond kinematografie.
