V souvislosti s technologickým pokrokem nabírají na významu alterna-tivní způsoby rozhodování valné hromady, například rozhodování per rollam. In the context of technological advances, alternative methods of deci-sion-making at the general meeting, such as per rollam, are gaining importance.
