The role of Police Officers of the Emergency Motorized Unit as First Responders in Cooperation with the Medical Rescue Service

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce "Role policistů PMJ jako First responderů ve spolupráci se zdravotnickou záchrannou službou" charakterizuje Pohotovostní motorizovanou jednotku, její fungování v rámci systému First responder a pojednává o spolupráci jednotky se zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Teoretická část práce je věnována charakteristice zkoumaných oblastí a jejich vzájemným propojením. V praktické části jsou zpracovány 4 kazuistiky zaměřené na události, ve kterých byli zapojeni policisté PMJ jako First respondeři a v rámci kterých došlo k jejich spolupráci s výjezdovými skupinami ZZS. Závěr práce tvoří zhodnocení účinnosti nasazení policistů PMJ jako First responderů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "The role of policeof the Emergency Motorized Unit officers as First Responders in cooperation with the medical rescue service" characterizes the Emergency Motorized Unit, its functioning within the First Responder system and discusses the cooperation of the unit with the medical rescue service. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the investigated areas and their interconnections. In the practical part, 4 case studies focusing on incidents in which PMJ officers were involved as First Responders and in which their cooperation with ambulance dispatch groups took place. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the effectiveness of the deployment of PMJ officers as First Responders.
