Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze útěkovosti z Výchovného ústavu pro mládež v Kostomlatech, kdy se jedná o zařízení realizující ochrannou a ústavní výchovu.Hlavním cílem je charakterizovat problematiku ústavní výchovy s důrazem na proces uložení ústavní výchovy, umisťování a útěkovost z Výchovného ústavu v Kostomlatech.
