Use of Subsidies in Regeneration of Historical Sites in the South Wallachia Microregion

Abstract:

Kulturní památky jsou významným dokladem historického vývoje, životního způsobu a prostředí člověka od nejstarších dob až do současnosti. Jejich ochrana je významným faktorem a veřejné finance jsou základním nástrojem na jejich obnovu. Cílem práce je zpracování návrhu na regeneraci nemovité kulturní památky Bratmannovy vily prostřednictvím vybraných dotačních titulů, která se nachází v mikroregionu Jižní Valašsko. Za účelem analýzy možností regenerace nemovitých kulturních památek ve vymezeném území jsou použity metody pozorování a rozhovoru. Na základě rozboru a interpretace analýzy jsou uvedeny příklady nemovitých kulturních památek a jejich způsob regenerace z veřejných dotačních titulů, kdy předložený návrh na regeneraci přispívá k zvýšení atraktivity daného místa vzhledem k cestovnímu ruchu a zajišťuje uchování kulturní identity obyvatel.

Abstract:

Cultural monuments are an important proof of historical development, lifestyle and environment of poeple from the oldest times to present. Their protection is an important factor and public finances are the fundamental source for their repairs. The aim of the thesis is processing of proposal for regeneration of the cultural heritage site Bratmann Villa through selected grant titles which is located in the Southern Wallachia microregion. For the purpose of analysing the possibilities of regeneration of cultural heritage sites in defined area the methods of observation and interview are used. Based on analysis and its interpretation examples of real cultural heritage sites and the means of their regeneration from public grant titles are presented, hen the submitted proposal contributes to the increase of attracti-veness of the area through tourism and ensures the preservation of cultural identity of residents.
