Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitrofiremní komunikací ve společnosti Infos Art, s.r.o. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nalezení způsobu, jakým se dá zlepšit stávající komunikace v organizaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a popsány formy a nástroje komunikace. Jako podklad pro praktickou část byl použit dotazník, který vyplnili zaměstnanci společnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with internal communication in Infos Art, Ltd. The aim of this work is find a way which improves current communication in the company. In the theoretical part are explained basic terms, forms and tools of communication. As a support for the practical part questionnaire was used, which was filled by company employees.
