Tram lifting after traffic accidents using the machinery and equipment of the Fire and Rescue Service of the South Moravian Region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyprošťováním osob zaklíněných pod tramvajemi. Jsou rozebrány jednotlivé prostředky a technika Hasičského záchranného sboru Jihomoravského kraje, která je určena pro tento typ zásahu. V práci je krátce zmíněna historie Dopravního podniku města Brna, popsány jednotlivé typy tramvají, které využívá Dopravní podnik, technické prostředky a technika Dopravního podniku města Brna. Práce poté pokračuje možnými způsoby zvedání jednotlivých tramvají, určením zvedacích bodů a jejich specifiky. Dále je posouzeno nebezpečí pro zasahující hasiče. Je také zmíněno, jak danou problematiku řeší Hasičské záchranné sbory v jiných krajích. Výsledek této práce bude pomůckou pro velitele zásahu – jak postupovat u jednotlivých typů tramvají, kterými disponuje Dopravní podnik města Brna.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with rescuing individuals trapped under trams. Different tools and technical equipment of South Moravian Fire and rescue department suitable for this type of intervention will be discussed. Thesis also mentions a brief history of Brno Public Transport Authority, giving an account of various tram models used by Brno Public Transport Authority and describing diverse technical means and equipment of Brno Public Transport Authority. One part of the thesis is focused on varied possible lifting methods of different tram types, determination of their lifting points and their specifics. Other chapter is devoted to risk assessment of intervening firefighter and another reports Fire and rescue department workflow for this type of events in different regions of the Czech Republic. The aim of my thesis – creation of special cards for the intervention commander comprising all the data and information on lifting different tram types of Brno Public Transport Authority – should make the rescue faster and more effective.
