Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Vloupání a krádeže věcí z osobních motorových vozidel na území města Brna“ se zabývá popisem úzké výseče „autokriminality“, vloupání do vozidel a krádeží věcí z vozidel. Popisuje dynamiku této trestné činnosti, její nápad a objasněnost na území města Brna. Motivy pachatelů, jejich věkovou strukturu a zastoupení pohlaví. Nástroje používané při páchání této trestné činnosti. Metody a formy policejní práce používané k odhalování a objasňování této trestné činnosti. Délky průměrných trestů, které jsou pachatelům ukládány. V závěrečné části práce jsou pak shrnuty návrhy a doporučení, které by měly přispět ke zlepšení situace v nejdotčenější části města Brna.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Burglary and theft of things from personal motor vehicles in the city of Brno" deals with the description of a narrow section of "car crime", burglary and theft of things from vehicles. It describes the dynamics of this crime, its idea and clarity in the city of Brno. Motives of their perpetrators. Their age structure and gender. Instruments used in committing this crime. Methods and forms of policing used to detect and clarify this crime. Lengths of average sentences imposed on offenders. The final part of the thesis summarizes the proposals and recommendations that should contribute to improving the situation in the most accessible part of the city of Brno.
