Legal Framework for Volunteering in the School Institutions
Abstract:
Cílem práce je provést analýzu současného stavu právního rámce pro dobrovolnictví ve školských zařízeních a srovnání české úpravy se zahraniční legislativou a praxí. Práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní instituty, které se pojí s dobrovolnou činností při vzdělávání a přináší možná řešení aktuálních problémů a mezer, na které bylo v práci poukázáno.
Abstract:
The aim of this dissertation is to provide analysis of legal framework for volunteering in the school institutions and the comparison with foreign legislation and experience. The study is focused on mapping specific institutes within volunteering in education with special attention to opportunities to better support and legal backup of voluntary work.
