Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou aktivního otcovství a postojem zaměstnavatelů k otcům na rodičovské dovolené. Cílem bylo analyzovat postoj a zkušenosti zaměstnavatelů s problematikou rodičovství u konkrétních soukromých organizací ze strany zaměstnavatelů i jejich zaměstnanců a analyzovat a zhodnotit informace o způsobech a formách komunikace ohledně této problematiky uvnitř organizace. The objective was analyzing views of employers and fathers on parental leave in specific organizations, and analyzing information on ways and forms of communication on this issue within the organization.
