Realizace společenské odpovědnosti firem v oděvním průmyslu

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit ty charakteristické rysy oděvního průmyslu, jejichž působení vyvolává na straně výrobců oděvů potřebu věnovat značnou pozornost problémům spojeným se společenskou odpovědnosti firem; s využitím těchto poznatků analyzovat proces realizace společenské odpovědnosti v jedné z předních firem oděvního průmyslu, identifikovat nedostatky a navrhnout postupy vedoucí ke zlepšení. První, teoretická části práce se zabývá odlišnými pohledy na koncept a problematiku společenské odpovědnosti firem, přináší srovnání s příbuznými koncepty etického podnikání a vytváření sdílené hodnoty, představuje koncept tří pilířů společenské odpovědnosti a problematiku stakeholderů. V druhé části práce jsou vymezeny charakteristické rysy oděvního průmyslu, analyzován proces realizace společenské odpovědnosti ve společnosti H&M Group, a navržena možná zlepšení.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to reveal distinctive features of clothing-retail industry that emphasize the need for apparel companies to pay considerable attention to CSR issues and, taking these features into account, analyze the implementation of CSR in one of the leading companies in clothing-retail industry in order to identify weak points and propose a roadmap for future improvement. The first part of this thesis is going to cover the theoretical background of CSR by describing it from various perspectives, comparing it with the related concepts of business ethics and creating shared value along with the defining stakeholder theory and triple bottom line concept. The second part aims to overview distinctive features of apparel industry, and to analyze the implementation of CSR within H&M Group using its Sustainability Performance Report 2019 with subsequent proposed recommendations on future improvement based on the identified weak points.
