Abstract:

Předkládaná absolventská práce pojednává o možnostech sociální práce při práci s dětmi a mladistvými v situaci rozvodu. Cílem práce je pomocí kompilace popsat metody a nástroje sociální práce využívané při práci s dětmi a mladistvými v situaci rozvodu rodičů a zmapovat služby zabývající se danou problematikou. V první kapitole se věnuji vysvětlení stěžejních pojmů spojených s tématem, kterými jsou rodina a rozvod. Následně mapuji dopady rozvodu na dítě, které diferencuji dle různých hledisek. Ve třetí, čtvrté a páté kapitole je zmapována nabídka podpory odborníků v situaci rozvodu. Prvně vysvětluji pojem sociálně-právní ochrany dítěte. Dále se zabývám sociálními službami a konkrétními aktivitami, které může rodina v období rozvodu využít. Závěrem se zaměřuji na práci s dětským klientem, kde vymezuji jistá specifika práce s ním, a shrnuji některé ze speciálních technik, které lze při práci s dětským klientem využít. V rámci diskuse upozorňuji na problémy, které jsem identifikovala během psaní práce.

Abstract:

The presented thesis describes the social work choices when working with children and adolescents in a divorce-related situation. The aim of the work is to present the methods and tools of social work used in working with children and adolescents in divorce-related situations and to give a general overview of the services dealing with the issue at hand. The first chapter explains the key concepts associated with the topic, which are family, and divorce. Subsequently, looking at the child, I outline the divorce-induced effects, which I present observed from various viewpoints. The third, fourth, and fifth chapters map the professional support a divorce situation. First, I explain the concept of social and legal protection of the child. I also depict social services in more detail as well as specific activities that a divorce-impacted family can use. Finally, I focus on working with a child client, where I define certain specificities and summarize some of the special techniques that can be used when working with a child client. In the discussion part, I draw attention to the problems identified in the course of writing of the thesis.
