Forms of rewards and punishments and the way of upbringing a child in the Czech and Vietnamese family in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřená na způsob rodinné výchovy v českých a vietnamských rodinách v České republice. Jejím cílem je, kromě porovnání výchovných stylů, i zjišťování a rovněž komparace forem trestání a odměňování dětí v rodinné výchově Čechů a českých Vietnamců (vietnamských Čechů). V teoretické části je nejprve obecněji vymezen pojem rodiny a následující obsáhlejší část je věnována tématu výchovy se zaměřením na výchovu sociálním posilováním (odměňování a trestání). Také jsou zde uvedena specifika české a vietnamské rodinné výchovy (a kultury jako faktoru, který ji ovlivňuje). Praktická část práce je věnovaná kvantitativnímu orientačnímu výzkumu, který formou elektronicky distribuovaného dotazníku rozlišuje výchovné způsoby v českých a vietnamských rodinách v České republice, a zjišťuje, jaké formy odměňování a trestání jsou u nich nejvíce zastoupeny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on educational ways in Czech families and Vietnamese minority families in the Czech Republic. Its aim is, besides the comparison of educational styles, also to find out and compare the forms of punishment and reward of children in the family upbringing of Czechs and Czech Vietnamese. In the theoretical part, terms such as family and upbringing are defined in more general terms. Then educational methods, models of upbringing styles and forms of rewarding and punishing children in family upbringing are described in more detail. The theoretical part also specifies the qualities of both Czech and Vietnamese education (and culture as a factor directly influencing education). The practical part contains qualitative orientation research, which in the form of online distributed questionnaire distinguishes educational styles in Czech and Vietnamese minority families in the Czech Republic and finds out what forms of rewards and punishments are most represented in them.
