Abstract:
Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji historický vývoj orgánových transplantací a imunosupresivní terapie. Dále se zabývám organizací odběrů orgánů a transplantací, uvádím přehled transplantačních center v ČR a hlavní prameny transplantační legislativy. This work includes practical and theorethical part. Theoretical part describes historical developement of organ transplantation and imunosupresive therapy. This work deals with organization of organ extraction and transplantation, list of transplantation centres in Czech republic and main sources of transplantation legislation as well.The last chapture of the work deals with ethical questions considering …more
