Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika posouzení řízení pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů v oblasti pohledávek, jak účetně, daňově, tak i právně. Práce se věnuje charakteristice pohledávek, ocenění, účtování a řízení vymáhání.
