Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zřízením obchodní jednotky a vyhodnocením její efektivnosti. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na pět částí. První část definuje základní pojmy jako podnikání, podnik a podnikatel. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé právní formy podnikání. Ve třetí části je podrobně rozebrána územní analýza.
