Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu prostředí sportovního klubu Nové Město na Moravě. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo navrhnout doporučení k odstranění slabých a silných stránek klubu. Při zpracovávání práce byly použity materiály, které poskytnul SK Nové Město na Moravě. Díky vedení sportovního klubu by mělo fungovat efektivní řízení celé organizace. This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the environment of the SK Nové Město na Moravě. The main goal is to propose recommendations to eliminate the weak and reinforce the strong aspects of the club. The materials used in the analysis were provided by the SK Nové Město na Moravě.
