Diplomová práce se zabývá klimatem školní třídy, kontextem jeho vzniku a jeho komponenty. Praktická část popisuje výzkum a srovnává jeho výsledky na polské menšinové a české základní škole. Získané údaje umožňují srovnání aktuálního a preferovaného klimatu v jednotlivých třídách a také srovnání aktuálního klimatu ve dvou paralelních třídách na české a dvou třídách stejného ročníku na polské ZŠ v oblasti …more
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the issue of classroom climate, the context of its origin and components. The practical part of the thesis describes the research and compares its results at a Polish minority and a Chech elementary schools.
