Perception of the expected impacts of the project "Černá Pole - Trojvilí" on the development of tourism in Brno

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Percepce očekávaných dopadů projektu ”Černá Pole – Trojvilí” na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Brně, se zabývá očekávanými dopady a navrhuje doporučení pro projekt a pro brněnský cestovní ruch. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na pojmy z oblasti cestovního ruchu, definuje ho a také všechny jeho podoblasti. Zaměřuje se na městský cestovní ruch, který je dále použit v praktické části. Dále seznamuje s vilami Tugendhat, Löw-Beer a Arnoldova, které jsou součástí projektu „Trojvilí“. Popisuje jejich výstavbu a historii až do současnosti. V praktické části se zaměřuje na obnovu vil Tugendhat a Löw-Beer probíhající v tomto století a následně na propojení jejich zahrad. Je představen plán na rekonstrukci Arnoldovy vily a také finanční plán, kde se shánějí finanční prostředky. Následně je proveden výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kde respondenti vyplňují otázky týkající se současného stavu a jejich očekávání od realizace projektu. Na základě dotazníků jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro intenzivnější využití oblasti a následně identifikovány dopady, které bude mít projekt na cestovní ruch v Brně.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of Perception of the expected impacts of the project "Černá Pole - Trojvilí" on the development of tourism in Brno, deals with the expected impacts and proposes recommendations for the project and for Brno tourism. In the theoretical part, the work focuses on concepts from the field of tourism, defines it and all its sub-areas. It focuses on urban tourism, which is further used in the practical part. It also introduces the villas Tugendhat, Löw-Beer and Arnoldova, which are part of the project "Trojvilí". It describes their construction and history up to the present. The practical part focuses on the restoration of villas Tugendhat and Löw-Beer in this century and then on their interconnection of gardens. A plan for the reconstruction of Arnold's villa is presented, as well as a financial plan where funds are raised. Subsequently, the research is conducted using a questionnaire survey, where respondents fill in questions about the current state and their expectations from the implementation of the project. Based on the questionnaires, recommendations for more intensive use of the area are proposed and subsequently the impacts that the project will have on tourism in Brno will be identified.
