Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení poskytovatelů logistických služeb v rámci sběrné služby společnosti Dachser SE. Ve vybrané pobočce Dachser SE v Černožicích jsou mezi poskytovatele zařazeni dopravci a příslušní řidiči. Na základně provedené analýzy jsou vytvořeny návrhy na zlepšení vybraných činností daných poskytovatelů, které mají pomoci ke zlepšení fungování sběrné služby. V závěru práce …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with management of logistic service providers in the scope of the Dachser SE collection service. In the selected Dachser SE subsidiary, carriers and respective drivers are put among providers.
