Business plan for company with hookah specialization

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis was to use the basic scientific methods to design the business plan for a company with hookah specialization, to find out if it will be profitable and to determine if the investment return will be less than three years. Methods such as description, analysis, observation, basic description of statistics, and comparisons have been used. It has been established that the best form for this type of enterprise will be a limited liability company with a possible transformation, in the case of project success, to joint stock company and the creation of a franchising concept. Major competitors have been identified, and observation has revealed their inability to compete with the business concept proposed in this thesis. The SWOT analysis has come up with some major weaknesses and threats, but also many strengths and attractive opportunities, using quadrant analysis has determined how to lower threats while minimizing weaknesses. PESTLE analysis provided a detailed insight into the business environment and consumer segmentation has defined target customer segments. Based on the findings, a business plan was designed to characterize the company and its business purpose as well as corporate identity. It was determined where to open first establishment and the cost of its realization also the payback period of the investment was calculated.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto práce bolo navrhnúť podnikateľský zámer podniku s ponukou vodných fajok, pomocou použitia základných vedeckých metód. Zistiť či bude podnik rentabilný a určiť, či bude návratnosť investície do projektu kratšia ako tri roky. V práci boli použité metódy ako je deskriptíva, analýza, pozorovanie, základná popisná štatistika a komparácia. Bolo ustanovené, že najlepšou formou pre tento typ podniku bude spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným s možným pretvorením, v prípade úspechu projektu, na akciovú spoločnosť a vytvorenie franchising konceptu. Boli identifikovaný hlavný konkurenti a pozorovaním sa zistila ich nízka schopnosť konkurencie prevádzke navrhovanej v tejto akademickej práci. Analýzou SWOT sa objavili slabé a silné stránky a atraktívne príležitosti podniku. Pomocou kvadrantovej analýzy sa zistilo, ako týmto hrozbám predísť a zároveň ako minimalizovať slabé stránky. PESTLE analýza dodala detailný pohľad na okolie podniku a segmentáciou spotrebiteľského trhu sa dopracovalo k cieľovým segmentom zákazníkov. Na základe zistených poznatkov bol navrhnutý podnikateľský plán, v ktorom sa charakterizovala spoločnosť a jej podnikateľský zámer tak, ako aj firemná identita. Určilo sa, v akej lokalite by sa mal podnik otvoriť a vykalkulovali sa náklady na jeho založenie a doba návratnosti investícií.
